Bruce Davidson- CEO
Bruce began his career 51 years ago marketing eggs from his grandfather’s chicken coop in College Station, TX. Fast forward to today and this serial entrepreneur has created a company known and revered in North America in the acoustics industry. An Aggie from Texas A&M University, Bruce has received the prestigious Aggie100 award three times recognizing the fastest growing Aggie-owned companies in the world. He has also built a world-class organization based in Dallas, TX.
When Bruce is not working, he enjoys teaching Bible Fellowship Group and also relaxing with his wife, Sara and their 8 grandchildren. His favorite hobby is work.
Andy Vawter- VP of Business Development
Serving the company in a multi-functional capacity, Andy keeps the team on track as the VP of Business Development. Andy’s love for educating and helping others brought him from the great state of Wisconsin to the competitive 5A high schools of the Lone Star State where he taught Economics and coached in the top ranks of high school football. Andy completed his Master’s degree and was on track to become a high school principal when MPS™ came calling. He was able to transition from academia to corporate America without missing a beat. Having played college football, Andy brings that competitive streak into everything he does.
When Andy is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Amie and their two children. Andy also is active in his local church.
Debra Westmoreland- VP of Strategic Accounts
Debra Westmoreland is a U.S. Air Force veteran, retiring with 30+ year’s active duty as a Chief Master Sergeant. She joined the MPS™ family in 2014, now serving as VP of National Accounts.
Away from work, she enjoys camping, hiking, and biking with her husband Shawn. She is most passionate about animal rights/nature conservancy and is an avid reader.
Fred Lin- VP Sales
Fred Lin brings over 20 years of sales expertise, including experience with a contract furniture dealer and an AV integrator, to his role as VP of Sales of MPS™. His commitment to developing and managing relationships has resulted in successful long-term partnerships and client experiences.
When Fred is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He also loves reading books, listening to podcasts, and exercising. In addition to CrossFit training, Fred is a triathlete and has recently completed his first Ironman, a 140.6 mile endurance race.
Frank Barnett- VP Marketing
A digital marketing veteran, Frank has been working in online business development since the late 1990’s for companies like DrPepper/7-Up and British Telecom. Frank joined the team in 2005 to oversee MPS™ marketing efforts.
Frank is always looking for a new adventure, whether that’s hitchhiking across the Australian Outback, skydiving, or eating bugs with Japanese businessmen (on a dare). A voracious reader, Frank received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M and a Masters degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. When not working, he enjoys hanging out with his wife and four kids and telling anyone who will listen how next year will finally be the year for his Texas Aggies and Atlanta Braves.
Chris Andrews- Key Account Manager
Chris is enthusiastic about bringing his 12 years of experience in sales and customer service from other industries to MPS™ in his role as key account manager. Chris provides excellent acoustic solutions for optimizing productive and beautiful workspace environments.
Chris also moonlights as a musician, dabbles in film/television acting, travels by bicycle, and loves exploring different countries.
Jeff Adams- Key Account Manager
I am passionate about helping our clients create better privacy, better workplaces, and better lives! My experience in sales, customer service, production, logistics, and management all work together to help me understand the many challenges and perspectives of today’s workplaces.
When I’m not solving acoustical problems, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife and our amazing three children. I love Texas high school football and local history and enjoy serving as a city commissioner on my local planning and zoning board.
Mac Poe- Key Account Manager
Mac has a strong passion for helping build custom acoustic solutions for various client needs. With a strong background in Sales and Customer relations, Mac brings a lot of energy to the team.
Mac started with the company in 2016 in a support role and quickly expanded his knowledge in many facets of the company, transitioning into his current sales position.
When Mac is not at work you can find him spending time with his beautiful wife Mary Paige, on the golf course, or rocking out to 80s hair bands.
Cheryl Haynes- Director of Operations
Cheryl joined the MPS™ team in the fall of 2016 as the Director of Operations. She has 28 years in manufacturing, inventory control, and warehouse operations, working for companies like Orthofix, Mexmil Global Services, Motorola and Resource Flooring Group. “I enjoy taking chaos and organizing it into something useful and enjoyable” and firmly believe that, “There are no problems; only opportunities.”
She was born and raised in Arkansas, with a short high school experience in Shreveport and got to Texas as fast as she could. Cheryl studied music at Dallas Christian College and enjoys playing guitar and singing Gospel music in and around Fannin County. A few of her hobbies are learning new songs, “working” around her ranchette and hanging out with her 4-legged pals. Cheryl’s favorite hobby is to enjoy the peace and quiet of country-life, while lying in a hammock, listening to the frogs, birds, locusts, owls and coyotes.
Patrick Woods- Director of Support
Serving in a multi-functional role for the company, Patrick enjoys the fast pace environment that parallels his position. Patrick has both a background in construction and accounting. Born and raised in the great state of Kansas, he and his wife, Laura, moved to Texas after a brief stint in Alaska.
When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys. He will also not hesitate to tell you about his love for the Royals and Kansas Jayhawks.
MK Anderson- Assistant Operations Manager
Mary Kay Anderson (or MK as she likes to be called) began her career with MPS™ in 2014. She quickly worked her way to the position of Office Manager and is responsible for helping to manage the day-to-day operations. MK brings over 30 years of management & leadership experience to her role, having begun supervising staff at the age of 17 while working at a movie theater. She has an extensive industry background in office management and operations.
MK’s passions are her family and friends, sports and spending hour after hour cross-stitching patterns, which adorn the walls of her home.
Michael Alvarez- Project Manager
Serving as a project manager for MPS™, Michael draws on his background in service management and business management for Toyota.
April Nadar- Project Manager
Before joining the team at MPS™, April’s professional career involved working as a design engineer for 3 years in an oil and gas company. While there, April realized her passion for managing projects and said she is now pursuing her dream job at MPS™.
Her family and faith are her first loves. She was born and raised north of Houston, Texas with her twin sister, Brittany. After marriage in 2011 and while caring for her beautiful baby daughter, she obtained her Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M in 2012.
Christy Hull- Sales Support
Christy is a key member of the busy MPS™ sales department, helping the sales team in processing orders and quotations, handling inbound calls, troubleshooting customer problems and providing sales support. She brings energy and a can-do attitude to processing the high volumes of customer inquiries and sales.

Moving Beyond Business
Ultimately the products we sell can only do so much. The work environment and the tools you use can play a pivotal role in making it easier for you to accomplish more – but ultimately these tools were only designed to address the physical problems associated with most office environments and workstations. They can do little to address our need, as people, for our work to make a real difference and offer us some sense of fulfillment and purpose.
A few years back, Monster.com had a great ad that tapped into the life-sapping nature of many careers:
The problem with the ad, of course, is that deep down, most of us know that the internal fulfillment we dreamed of growing up doesn’t come from any particular job. We know it’s a bigger issue than a nameplate or spot in the corporate hierarchy.
We want to know that the 2000 or so hours a year we spend at work accomplish something significant, don’t we? We want to accomplish more with that big chunk of our lives than simply paying the bills. While this is an admirable and responsible goal, the need for it to have some kind of lasting significance seems to be a pretty universal need in humans.
At MPS™, we’re no different. We really do want to improve your quality of life – not just to sell you a product. Like anyone else, we often struggle between the competing priorities of running a profitable business and giving our customers the best value possible. However, we do feel like we’re somewhat unique in that, in addition to our corporate mission statement, we also operate from a common spiritual mission statement. We believe only the Biblical message adequately addresses the struggle for significance that most of us face in our personal and professional lives.
The Solution to a Universal Problem
The opening pages of the Bible describe the ancient circumstances that resulted in our present reality. In the event commonly referred to as “The Fall,” Adam and Eve rebelled against God, resulting in a corruption of the entire world. Not only would humans grow old, get sick, and die, but now we have a nasty (and visible) tendency toward self-destructive thoughts and habits. You see this clearly at work or on the evening news. Personal relationships suffer from this corruption, leaving us feeling isolated and alone, and our work often feels totally meaningless.
This is the fate the Fall doomed us all to. But there is a reason to hope for something more. God sent His Son to reverse all this, and in the end, the world will be remade as God always intended it to be. Human relationships will be restored, peace and justice will be universal, and our days will be spent on doing things that truly have lasting significance both for us and for those around us. This last part is often overlooked in the Gospel message, but it’s undeniably there.
For us, this changes how we think about what we do here and now. We are in business not just to support our families, but because we feel like this provides a medium to in some way fulfill God’s command to make the world a little more like its original ideal.
What This Means:
- We will do everything we can to find the best solution for you, in order to make your work environment as good as possible. We will deal with you in an honest and forthright manner and in every case, we will do our best to balance meeting your needs in a cost-effective way with the financial realities of running a successful business. We do not believe these are mutually exclusive, but are actually complimentary goals, since a successful business seeks the highest good of its customers. Con artists don’t typically stay in business long.
- Since we are committed to your highest good, we would also love the chance to help you improve your “inner environment,” as well – to help you discover the same meaning and purpose we have begun to find through Christ’s new creation project in each of us. It’s not that we have it all together all the time, and we won’t do this perfectly. But we’re trying. In the meantime, we ask for your patience with us.
